OUR HISTORY

Originating from the small town of Waiuku, within the Franklin District of Auckland, Integrated Maintenance Group is 100% New Zealand owned by our company director, Bruce Bonner. With his innovative and strategic ideas, the business has grown and developed over the last decade.

Our humble beginnings will always be embedded in our business culture, but with a track record of innovative success, we are diversifying and supplying various industries of New Zealand with experience and skill.

IMG TIMELINE

IMG relocated the Waiuku workshop to a larger workshop in Wiri, Manukau to enhance our carbon steel and stainless steel manufacturing capability.
IMG completed our largest project to date. Installation of a Billet Caster & Ladle Metallurgy Furnace in the Steel Making Plant at NZ Steel. View project.
IMG acquired the Steltech manufacturing facilities in Takanini to manufacture large structural steel beams under licence. IMG’s Head Office is established at Takanini.
New Zealand Steel commissioned IMG to install an extension to the current Dry Sand Modules at their Taharoa Mine Site. View project.
Acquired C&C Contracting adding a new mobile equipment division to our business.
Manthey Civil (Kinleith) acquired bringing further specialised civil and industrial carpentry skills to our business.
The Structural Mechanical and Piping (SMP) Installation of a 28MW Binary Ormat Geothermal Power Station project is completed. View project.
Acquired Contract Engineering in Kawerau and Kinleith, adding new workshops, clients and skills to the business.
Removal and Installation of the Water Cooled Off Gas Radiation Shaft.  View project.
Enviropeel was added to the business as a new division becoming the NZ national distributer and applicator.
Acquisitions of Waiuku Scaffolding & Rigging and C&C Labour, adding diverse capability to our business.
IMG Engineering is renamed to “Integrated Maintenance Group”.
IMG Engineering is established.
