At any of our Fabrication Workshops, IMG offers a full Engineering Service from Design to Fabrication. We work with all steel materials from Aluminium and Mild Steel through to Hardened Stainless Steel. Our team of welders have expertise in exotic welding, especially working with high temperature alloys. We are New Zealand’s Premier Heavy Industry, High Temp, Stainless Steel Fabrication Specialists. We also work with materials such as 253MA and High Nickel Alloy 601.

We Design, Fabricate and Machine a variety of heavy industry mechanical components, static steelwork, structural steelwork, piping systems, dusters, chutes and hoppers.

Our Envirocoatings division brings you the latest Enviropeel thermoplastic coating system. This is an environmentally friendly spray-on barrier coating with built-in corrosion inhibitors. Enviropeel coating is designed to combat hot spot corrosion. It provides excellent protection for mothballing and standby equipment storage.

Our Confined Space Team has a vast wealth of experience capable of carrying out the following services with our specialised confined space equipment and certified staff.
